A FireDisc Cooker will have you cooking virtually anything, anywhere you go! The 22-inch diameter cooking surface can hold 5 gallons; perfect for boiling, deep frying, sauteing, and searing. The high carbon steel surface seasons with every cook, so your food tastes better and sticks less each time. The 5-inch tall heat ring helps contain food and retain heat. Powering this cooker is a SureFlame, 15,000 BTU, cast iron burner. The central location of the burner creates three temperature zones. This lets you keep food warm around the edge while other food cooks in the middle. While your food keeps warm, the surface angle drains excess grease to the middle. Cleanup is quick and easy; wipe the surface with a wet cloth, then lightly coat it in oil. The surface has two fire-retardant Disc Grips handles for easy lifting and handling. The tall, 36-inch height places the cooking surface at a standard countertop height. The red powder coat is applied at 450 degrees and is hand inspected to ensure the highest quality. The legs can bend to accommodate uneven surfaces, so your cooker will always be level. For optimum portability, this cooker disassembles into 3 pieces and runs on 1lb propane canisters. The FireDisc Cooker can be converted to use 20lb propane tanks with the Gauginator, sold separately.
