The ALFA™ 2 PIZZE pizza oven is part of ALFA's MODERNO line and is the little brother of the 4 PIZZE. This oven is perfect for small-to-medium size gatherings, as it can cook 2 good size pies at a time! This countertop pizza oven can operate on an ALFA™ prep table or can be placed on the 2 PIZZE base stand. The 2 PIZZE operates straight out of the box on propane, or you can follow these steps to use gas instead. The optional hybrid kit (sold separately) allows you to cook on the 2 PIZZE using firewood or lump charcoal as well.
