The Boss' Ribs and Wing Rub was developed and used to compete at the Memphis in May World Championship BBQ Competition for the wings competition. Competition judges notice the uniqueness of the flavor profile and it was developed as a special small batch of this savory BBQ rub.  The goal was to stand out from the pack and provide intense and unique flavors for this versatile BBQ Rub. Great on all types of Pork and Chicken.

Ingredients

 Sugar, Salt, Spices, Paprika, Dehydrated Garlic, Granulated Honey, Yeast Extract, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Dehyrdated Onion, Oleoresin Paprika, Sodium Diacetate, Lime Juice Powder (Corn Syrup Solids, Lime Juice Concentrate), Refined Soybean Oil, Tumeric, Fried Shallot Flavor (Natural Extractives of Shallot and natural Flavors of Canola Oil), Caramel Color and less than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
